We eliminate chaos during travel emergencies — by coordinating people, information, and next steps in one shared incident workspace.
Our founder's daughter broke her femur while traveling in Cancún and needed emergency surgery there. Living through it exposed how hard it is to coordinate care, insurance, travel logistics, and family communication during a travel emergency — not because information was missing, but because it was scattered across disconnected parties (the hospital, the travel-assistance company, claims adjusters, travel companions, family back home) with no shared thread.
TripTrigger is what would have made that coordination effort seamless: everyone who needs to know, knowing immediately — and everyone involved working from the same shared picture of what's happening, what's already been done, and what's next.
